The Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort opened August, 2006. We feature one, two, three and four bedroom condominium units. Beautifully decorated by an interior designer. All units have oceanfront private balconies, dishwashers, washer dryers, irons And ironing boards, and hairdryers. Each has a living room with a sleeper sofa. Our front desk is opened twenty four hours Seven days per week. We have on-site security from 11:00pm until 7:00am. Our oceanfront pool deck has a lazy river, two full size swimming pools, two kiddie pools, and lots of lounge chairs. Our fitness center is well equipped with modern and well maintained fitness equipment. Four state of the art elevators Service all guest room floors. We have six levels of covered parking on site which is free to all guests. Our meeting room on the 7th floor makes a great place for small to medium groups. Our convenience store is located on Ocean Boulevard. Hours of operation vary depending on the season. Management of the Grand Atlantic have over 30 years hosting family vacations. We strive to maintain an environment That will make our families happy, safe and sad to leave us on their check out date.

Three Bedroom Condominium:
1074 Square feet Oceanfront two bedroom condominium. Private oceanfront balcony. Two king beds, 2 full beds, three full bathrooms with shower and tub. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Private balcony on oceanfront. Living room has sleeper sofa. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen
4 Bedroom Oceanfront Condominium:
1779 Square Feet. Oceanfront 4 bedroom condominium. Two king beds, 4 full beds, two queen beds, sleeper sofa. 3 full baths with shower and tub. Hairdryer, iron ironing board, Private oceanfront balcony. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Indoor Pool Outdoor Pool Heated Pool During the winter months a glass wall is put in place that makes our lazy river, large pool, and one kiddle pool enclosed. In March the glass wall is taken down and everything is open air. We have a large pool and childrens pool that is never covered or enclosed also. During the winter months our indoor pool is climate controlled to provide a warm and low humidity environment.
