La Bottega  open 7a-1a daily La Bottega serves the freshest rustic Italian cuisine developed by Chef Christopher D Amico and is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. The Cabanas  open Tue-Sat 9p-1a Located above La Bottega the Cabanas combine indoor and outdoor elements to create a relaxing lounge environment perfect for a small get together with friends or a private even for 150 people. Hiro  open 10p-4a Thurs-Sun Located under the Maritime Hotel Hiro is a Japanese inspired late night club ounge set in a dramatic 5000 square foot space. The upper mezzanine looks out over the dramatic lower floor with it is 20 ft. barrel vaulted ceiling. Thursday-Saturday nights play host to various New York promoters whereas Sunday nights are reserved for Erich Conrads Cuckoo Club a long running weekly gay party. Matsuri  open 6p-1a Matsuri with celebrated chef Tadashi Onos noted cuisine is a celebration of Japanese food. Fresh fish and organic grains are flown in from Japan daily.
