Guest Rooms: 
Club Suite Villa - Our smallest accommodation is the Club Suite Villa, which boasts over 675 square feet of luxury. Similar to a Junior Suite, they have an outside patio, inside sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, choice of one king or two double beds, and a separate oversized bathroom with sunken Roman tub and separate glass enclosed shower. One Bedroom Villas - For the more discerning traveler we have our One Bedroom Villas. At over 1,100 square feet, a One Bedroom Villa includes a large sleeping room with one king bed and oversized bath. Surrounding the master bedroom will be a full living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Many of our One Bedroom Villas also boast a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and a fireplace in the living room. Our Two, Three and Four Bedroom Villas will provide nearly any size party the Perfect setting for whatever activities are in store for the day. These flexible villas have all master bedrooms, with every bedroom having a private bath with sunken Roman tub and separate glass enclosed shower. Villas will have king beds in all bedrooms, or two double beds in all bedrooms. All bedrooms will share a full living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, patio and decks, and so much more. The square footage for these villas are: 2BV - 1,400; 3BV - 2,100; and 4BV - 2,800.

Dining  Black Swan Restaurant - Located on property and chargeable to room this full service restaurant open from 6pm-11pm Tuesday through Saturday for dinner only. The Villas of Grand Cypress caters to gourmet tastes in Orlando's premier Black Swan Restaurant, where Chef Robert Christian prepares unique creations with influences from across the globe. Exquisite cuisine and impeccableservice have earned the Black Swan the Four Diamond Rating from AAA for 15 consecutive years. Jackets recommended (not required) for gentleman, ties not required. No jeans and collared shirts are a must. Live piano music. Seating capacity for up to 72 guests. Reservations are not required but highly recommended. The Club Restaurant - Located on property and chargeable to room, this full service restaurant opens from 7am-11pm, Monday through Sunday for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Club restaurant and sports bar, the resort?s casual dining room, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and overlooks the lush green fairways of the North and South Courses. Open seven days a week, The Club provides a comfortable gathering place for the after golf get-together, or that morning breakfast with the family.
