Main House Deluxe: 
The Deluxe Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the main house. These rooms have a king canopy bed or two double beds. Each room has a working fireplace, breakfast table, private bath and shower. We can not guarantee the bed type. Every effort will be made to fill your request. All rooms are non smoking
Standard Carriage House Room: 
The Carriage House Rooms have two double beds or one king or one queen bed- some beds have hand knotted canopies. Rooms have 10 foot ceilings, breakfast table, tv, armchair and a private bath tub and shower. This room may be on the first or second floor. We cannot guarantee a bed type. Every effort will be made to fill a request. All rooms are non smoking
Standard Main House Room: 
The Garden Level Room has a king or 2 queen beds, a 9 foot ceiling height and brick floors. Each room also has a non-working fireplace, breakfast table and chairs, TV, private bath and shower. Every effort will be made to fill the bed type requested. We can not guarantee a bed type. All rooms are non smoking
