South of Lincoln City On Hwy 101, past Depot Bay. Climb Cape Foulweather and on the south side going downhill towards Newport. Within 300 yards of bottom turn right on access road and turn left on Otter Crest Loop. When the Loop rejoins Hwy 101 on the south end, turn right into the Alpine Chalet driveway.

Restaurant / Dining Information  Several in Depot Bay - 4 miles north such as Gracie's Sea Hag and TidalRaves. Moes Clam Chowder, the smallest resturaunt you have ever seen, is located in Otter Rock 1/2 mile north. At the Flying Dutchman @ Inn at otter crest, spectacular views accompany your excellent Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A nice Lounge is also available. One Mile north. Many choices in Newport - 7 miles south. Or cook your own in your well-equipped kitchen.

Area Attractions
Devils Punchbowl right here in Otter Rock. Low tide tidal pools, Beach Combing, Newport Wine and Seafood Festival, Lincoln City Casino, Depot Bay whale watching or bring your field glasses and see them from our deck. The big attraction is the ocean and of course the surfers are always fun.
