The Hampton Inn & Suites is the newest boutique hotel to open in Downtown Austin since 1986. The $18M, 16 story hotel opened in 2003 and offers 209 guest rooms and suites. The hotel is 1 block from the Convention Center and 1 block from the Town Lake Hike and Bike trails. Guests will enjoy room service from PF Chang's and Fleming's and be able to walk to over 75 restaurants and night clubs. Guests will enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast each morning available 6am-10am. The Manager's Reception is available Mon-Thur from 5-6:30pm offering complimentary beer, wine and dry snacks. The hotel provides complimentary High Speed Internet and free local phone calls. The hotel offers a fitness room, outdoor pool, guest laundry, two conference rooms and a Boardroom. Hotel offers Valet Parking Only, cost is $14.00 USD per day with un-limited in and out usage.
