All reservations must be guaranteed. A deposit of 50pct of the full stay plus tax is required and will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of the full stay plus tax. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a penalty of 10pct of the full stay plus tax.
