From Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take PA Turnpike and W to Norristown exit. Take 476 S to Chester exit to Route 76 East. Follow to 676. Take Parkway exit to 17th Street From Center City Philadelphia Take 676 W to Broad Street. Make a right on Vine Street. At the second traffic light/ 17th Street/ make a left and go three blocks. Windsor is on the right hand corner of 17th and Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
