Room size ranges from 377 sq ft to 514 sq ft with views of either Miami city, Brickell Key or Biscayne Bay and the surrounding skyline. Most rooms have a balcony. Some uniquely designed rooms feature a window like opening between bathroom and bedroom with optional privacy shade. Desk features dual phone lines, data ports and binoculars. Luxurious appointments include down duvets, bathrobes, magnifying makeup mirror, hairdryer, safe iron and ironing board.
Suites: 
Suites size ranges from 628 sq ft to 2365 sq ft. All suites have balcony or veranda. Suite has full size desk, high speed internet access, dual phone lines, data ports, cordless phones that can be used throught the property, Bose Surround Sound Wave Radio/Alarm clock, DVD Player.
