Room rates are designed by room type and by view. All rooms not designated as a suite fall into the Best View/ View/ Partial View and Non-View with rates to match. High rack rate would apply to -view- accommodations. Best View refers to full city or full mountain view. (Full view meaning no support beams/plant life to obstruct to patio view) View means good view with minimal obstruction Partial view refers to rooms which have city/mountain/desert view but may also have a tree or cactus directly in front of the patio partially obstructing the view. Non-View rooms may in some cases offer a desert view but of the official record these rooms in most cases face the parking lot or roof top and are offered at the low rack rate. LUXURY Spacious room - approx 450 sq ft with best views of either mountain or city. PREMIUM Spacious room - approx 450 sq ft with nice views of either mountain or city.
