Located in Dunedin but just a short drive to Tampa, there are endless possibilities for things to do every day of the week rain or shine. It seems like there is always some kind of festival or event taking place in the area and Dunedin prides itself on being a historic place that has a passion for local artists. We have a private dock for fishing and boat slips for those who want to bring their boat to maximize their vacation activities. We even have a local boat captain that offers beach hopping trips on the weekends if you are not able to bring your boat. The possibilities really seem endless but sometimes the best thing may just be to hang out at the pool, hide out from the world, and chill out with your favorite beverage. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a USD 5.00 daily resort fee. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. If your room is ready prior to 3pm you can check in early free of charge.
