We are a six-story complex, facing the ocean on Seaside Prom, an 8,000 foot-long concrete boardwalk which provides the perfect venue for unhurried strolls, people watching and spectacular ocean views. Sand and Sea has plenty of free parking, so many guests simply park their cars and walk a block to the shops, restaurants and amusements of Broadway, the historic main street in Seaside. Access to the flat, sandy public beach is just steps away. Sand and Sea features an indoor swimming pool and sauna.
