One of the newest condominium resorts on Perdido Key, this Gulf front high rise boasts a large pool deck on the third floor, with an elevated swimming pool that is heated seasonally and a hot tub overlooking the Gulf waters. A number of floor plans are available, from a studio size up to a 4 bedroom condo. Each unit is professionally decorated and well equipped. Studio units have direct access to the pool and a small kitchen area. The Gulf front condominiums have one, two, three, or four bedrooms.
