PROPERTY OVERVIEW Marcel Wanders has designed Mondrian with fairytale touches throughout. When you drive up the circular driveway, you will immediately see this in the oversized bell shaped lights and oversized digital picture that graces the wall. When you enter the lobby, you immediately feel awed by the floor to ceiling windows which offer stunning views of Biscayne Bay. The black and gold patterned furnishings add a touch of whimsy and welcome you to sit and socialize or enjoy the view. LOBBY You will feel like you have stepped into the pages of a fairytale from the time you pull up in front of the building. On the right and left of the car port entrance are lushly landscaped maze-like gardens that invite you to explore. When you enter the lobby, your eye will immediately be drawn to Marcel Wander's signature "floating staircase" and the spectacular views of the pool area and Biscayne Bay. The oversized brass bell shaped lights and splashes of black and gold furnishings throughout add a touch of whimsy.
