THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS OCEANFRONT AND JUST STEPS TO THE OCEAN. THE SUNSETS IN FRONT OF US AND YOU CAN SEE MOLOKAI AND LANAI. WE BLOW CONCH SHELLS AT SUNSET AND HAVE PUPU PARTIES EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT. LOCATION IS BETWEEN LAHAINA AND KAPALUA ... 10 MINUTES TO EVERYTHING. THE UNITS ARE CLEAN AND HAVE ANSWERING MACHINES, DISNEY CHANNEL, BEACH TOWELS, COMPLETE KITCHENS, VCRS AND ARE ALL UPDATED. THE BEACH IS GREAT FOR SWIMMING AND FURTHER THERE IS A REEF FOR SNORKELING. ALL UNITS HAVE PRIVATE LANAIS. THE GROUNDS ARE WELL MAINTAINED AND PLANTS ARE ALL FLOWERS. TILED POOL OCEAN SIDE, GAS GRILLS AND EVEN A LAUNDROMAT ON THE PROPERTY. THERE IS A 40 USD CLEANING FEE FOR RESERVATIONS OF 5 NIGHTS OR LESS.
