1-Bedroom luxury suite: 
Perched high above the Meadow on the top floor of the Lodge with sweeping views that capture it all, the vast velvet meadow, across the tree tops to our crystal clear lake. Guests enter a warm and welcoming suite in the style of a stately country house. Inspired by natures color palette, Highmeadow melds subtle florals, rich tartans and soft leathers. The living rooms cozy.Chesterfield loveseat sits opposite a dual-sided fireplace. The bedroom beckons with an impressive maple-carved king bed with decorative tin paneling. The separate living room has a kitchenette with a pub style table and is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker. The luxurious bathroom with old world subway tile in a warm sage has an inviting corner thermal massage tub, separate multi-head shower, marble flooring and handsome pine vanity.
Classic Rooms: 
These carefully appointed rooms have either 1 Queen bed and a pull out sofa bed or 2 Queen beds. All have full private baths. Most have a sitting area with an Antique style rocker with throw blanket and cable television. Our Classic Rooms have beautiful views of either the pristine lake or the colorful meadow.
Luxury rooms: 
The dramatic rough hewn timber bed with its ultra suede duvet is the center piece of this deer and moose themed room. Accents include leather wingback chairs, faux fur throws and pillows, warm red wallpaper and 9 foot barn beam ceiling. The furnishings include desk, chair, bedside tables and armoire with cable TV. Bathroom features include Kohler fixtures, whirlpool tub, granite counter top, tile floors and bath enclosure and hair dryer.
One bedroom cabin: 
All of our cabins have been completely renovated and now feature refinished original wood floors, updated tiled bathrooms, and new furnishings throughout. With their cozy, country character they provide a comfortable alternative to a Lodge Room.

Take NY State Thruway North- Take NY State Thruway North Take Thruway to Exit 24 I-87 Follow I-87 to exit 20 Fort Ann, Rte 149 E North of Albany. Follow Rte 149 E to Fort Ann. At Fort Ann turn left and follow Rte 4 North which turns into Rte 4 East in Vermont to Rutland, VT. Once in Rutland go left at the traffic lights to continue on Rte 4 East/7North. Follow Rte 7 North for 4 miles you will see Mr. Twitters with the purple fence on the left. Go straight through the light at Post Road and immediately bear right onto East Pittsford Road which becomes Chittenden Road. Go past the church and Fire Station watch for the sign for the Resort and turn left onto Holden Road. Bear to the right of the Civil War monument onto Mountain Top Road and go straight up Mountain Top Road 1.8 miles to The Mountain Top Inn and Resort. From Boston take Int. 93 N to Int. 89 N.Take exit 1 in VT. off of Int. 89 toward Woodstock and Rutland onto Rte. 4 W. Take Route 4 W about 42 miles. You will pass Killington and Pico Mountain on your left. Travel 5 miles past Pico and you will see the Sugar and Spice Restaurant and Meadowlake Drive on your right. Turn right onto Meadowlake Drive just before the Sugar and Spice Restaurant. Follow Meadowlake Drive 1.7 miles to the Stop sign. Turn right onto Chittenden Road and travel 2.6 miles past the church and Fire Station watch for the sign for the Resort and turn left onto Holden Road. Bear to the right of the Civil War monument onto Mountain Top Road and go straight up Mountain Top Road 1.8 miles to The Mountain Top Inn and Resort. Privately located in Central Vermont.
