Do you offer Military discounts?
We do offer Military discounts, but these are determined by individual hotels. After you hit "check availability" and our database is searched, then you will see all of the discounts offered by that particular property. Usually these specials are listed AAA or CAA, AARP Qualified, Government Disount, Military Rate and Internet Only Rate.
How do I know it's safe to give you my credit card number when booking a room?
Your security is guaranteed on all hotel booking transactions through our website. Within our secure pages we utilize state of the art 128-bit encryption.
Can I change my current reservation?
Unfortunately no. You will need to cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation with your changes.
How do I cancel my reservation?
In order to cancel you will need the name and credit card number used when the reservation was made. You can cancel your reservation online right here.
We never charge you any cancellation fees, but please note that each hotel has different policies. Some don't allow you to cancel the same day as your reservation. So if your reservation is scheduled for arrival on July 1, and you cancel through our Website on July 1, some hotels will still bill you for that nights stay if they require 24 hrs notice. Unfortunately we have no control over this, and ask our customers to check with the hotel about its cancellation policy.
Why didn't I get a cancellation number when I tried to cancel my reservation?
If you've called the hotel to cancel your reservation and they provided you with a cancellation number, this will be your cancellation confirmation record. Another reason may be that you've tried
to cancel after the cancellation deadline for this particular hotel. In this case, please call the hotel direct. We've provided their phone number on your email confirmation.
What's the deal with your Featured Hotel?
Every month or two we choose an individual hotel and promote it as "featured". This could be based on price, ammenities, location or maybe because we've stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Currently it's The Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana which was chosen as the featured hotel in The Week Magazine.

Most rates will not include taxes, but it will be noted if the rate includes tax.

When I make a reservation can I use more than one credit card?
Unfortunately no. We can only accept one credit card during the reservation process.
How and when do hotels charge my credit card?
Reserving a room online does require a credit card, but this does not mean your card will automatically be charged the full amount. For most reservations, we just need to verify the authenticity of your card and the presence of available funds in order to hold the room. At the end of your stay you may choose your form of payment at the hotel.
Exceptions:
Prepayment Policies - Your card will be charged immediately for the full price of the room including all taxes and fees. Involve special low rates and are usually non-refundable.
Web Saver Rates - Made available only to guests booking reservations online. These rates are well below the published rates the hotels offer to most customers. These special rates require prepayment and may be non-refundable.
Deposit Required Policies - Some reservations require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Usually this deposit is non-refundable. These usually involve special rates.
I can't make a reservation because of a credit card error. What can I do?
You might first check to see if the expiration date on your card was entered correctly. Also you might make sure that your card isn't going to expire before your arrival date at the hotel. And it's possible
(unlikely, but possible) the hotel you've chosen doesn't accept the type of credit card you are using.
Can I book several rooms at the same time?
Yes. If you would like to book a large number of rooms go to our Group Hotel Rates page and we will find you the best available discounts.
Is my email address sold to 3rd parties?
Absolutely not. We are very anti-spam. We hate SPAM as much as you do and won’t share your address with anyone, ever. We protect your email address just like we protect our own.
