SHD Illustration
Living in the computer age has "shoved" me into making a living where I type on a machine. Believe me, I am very grateful to be able to provide for my family doing something that I love; but illustrating something by hand, for me that's awesome.
I think this is a huge factor in separating the good from the great. Being an illustrator and being a graphic designer are two very different things. Yes, both take talent. Yes, both are art, but not very many people are really great (or even good) at both. I
think the fact that I have some talent at illustrating makes me a much better designer.
